Basic Teacher Affiliate
As a basic teacher affiliate, you simply refer potential customers to Kungfu English and, when they purchase Kungfu English, you get a referral commission payment equivalent to 15% of the amount of the purchase. The actual commission varies depending on which Kungfu English package the user purchases.
Commission Matrix
For a mix of referrals across all three packages, the average commission is CNY 1000. If you refer 10 customers, you would make around CNY 10,000. If you refer 100 customers, you would make around CNY 100,000.
Requirements
In order to qualify as a Basic Teacher Affiliate you need to be involved in teaching English to Chinese people in some way, and to pay an Affiliate Set-up Fee of CNY 1000.
Networked Teacher Affiliate
As a Networked Teacher Affiliate, you not only receive affiliate commissions from direct introductions, you can also introduce other Basic Teacher Affiliates and, for every successful introduction made by one of your sub-affiliates, you also receive a small Affiliate Commission.
Not only that, because Kungfu English has a learner-get-learner referral system, if a Kungfu English customer introduced by you goes on to successfully introduce a friend to Kungfu English, you will receive an affiliate sub-commission from that successful introduction.
Networked Affiliate Sub-Commission Matrix
Your sub-affiliates, as Basic Teacher Affiliates, will be entitled to the 15% commission on sales that you received. In ADDITION, you will receive sub-affiliate commissions according to the following schedule.
If you have 10 networked affiliates, and each one refers 100 customers to Kungfu English (1000 customers in all), your sub-affiliate income from these sales would come to approximately CNY 80,000.
Requirements
In order to qualify as a Networked Teacher Affiliate you must already be a Basic Teacher Affiliate. In addition, you need to have successfully referred at least 10 customers to Kungfu English, and be willing to train and advise your sub-affiliates on the best way to introduce the Kungfu English system to their own networks.
Senior Teacher Affiliate
As a Senior Teacher Affiliate, you can gain even greater benefits from both your personal introductions, and also the introductions from Sub-affiliates in your network. As a Senior Teacher Affiliate, your Affiliate Commission for Direct Referrals is raised to 20%. In addition, you get 5% of each successful referral that comes from your sub-affiliates, or from learners that introduce other learners.
Senior Affiliate Sub-Commission Matrix
Your sub-affiliates, as Basic Teacher Affiliates, will be entitled to the 15% commission on sales that you received. In ADDITION, you will receive sub-affiliate commissions according to the following schedule.
As a Senior Teacher Affiliate, your average income for each direct referral is CNY 1344, and your average income for each successful referral coming from your sub-affiliates is CNY 336.
Assuming you have 100 successful direct referrals, PLUS 30 sub-affiliates each of whom has 100 successful direct referrals, your income would be:
(1344*100) + (30*100*336) = 133,400 + 1,008,000 = +1,141,400
All just for referring a great system that helps Chinese people in your network learn English well!
Requirements
In order to qualify as a Senior Teacher Affiliate you must already be a Basic Teacher Affiliate with more than 30 successful direct referrals. In addition, you need to have a clear market development plan that you share with, and which is approved by, the Kungfu English Marketing Team. Finally, there is a requirement to pay a Senior Affiliate Membership Fee of CNY10,000 per year.
You should only consider this level of Affiliate when you are confident in your ability to both directly recommend Kungfu English to English learners that you know, as well as to successfully build a network of Sub-Affiliates who can also successfully recommend Kungfu English to English learners that THEY know.
